Each player enters their details into the setup screen. These details include the player’s sex (male or female), sexual orientation (straight, bisexual or gay), clothing worn by the player, fetishes they like, who their sexual partner is and whether or not they want to experiment or go full on with players other than their partner. The game uses these choices to determine activities for each player and to choose appropriate partners for each player.

The Party Begins...
Like most board games, Sexy Party begins with a roll of the dice. Each player takes a turn to roll. Their “piece” (the iconic representation of themselves) will move round the board according to the number on the dice. What happens next will vary according to the explicitness setting of the game, the clothing currently worn by the dice-throwing player (or the player “up” as we refer to them) and various other aspects of gameplay determined during the setting up. But as the player lands on a square within the Sexy Party board they’ll face rewards or penalties as indicated below...

Each player has a number of “chicken outs” that they can use to refuse or dodge an activity they don’t want to take part in. More chicken outs can be bought as the game progresses, and its possible to set the number of chicken outs each player has when the game begins - a handy tip for those timid players who might want to opt out of a lot of things.

As each player goes round the board they will land on the various properties there (Sex Shop, Massage Parlor and so on). The player has the chance to buy the property they land on - provided that they have enough money. When a player owns a property on the board the opponents(s) are charged rent when they land there. The cost of properties and property rent can be adjusted so that it steadily increases during the game.

The Party Ends...
It doesn’t really have to, as you can all mutually agree to quit and just save the game ready to resume some other time. But if you want to play a definitely finite game you can set Sexy Party to play for a set number of rounds, until every player but one has been eliminated from the game or until a player earns a set amount of cash. We’ve tried to accommodate every different style of playing this game and you’ll appreciate the effort we’ve put in.
